Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups

As usual i have picked a recipe that only uses a few simple ingredients.

Frozen yogurt granola cups.

Once frozen store in the freezer in an airtight container. Then a layer of coconut yogurt or any vegan yogurt then be topped with fruit and more granola then freeze. Fill each cup with yogurt and top with fruit. Top each cup with strawberries blueberries and dark chocolate chunks.

Granola over each yogurt cup. Approximately 3 cups of yogurt. 4 tablespoons sliced almonds toasted. Nothing beats cold food on a hot summer day.

Tap muffin tin against the counter to eliminate any air bubble. 1 tbsp melted butter. Spoon granola mix evenly into 12 lined muffin cups pressing firmly into the bottom. Remove from the freezer and tap the bottom of the muffin tin to remove yogurt cups.

Place yogurt cups in a freezer safe bag and store in freezer until ready to eat. Freezer for about an hour until solid. Here are the ingredients i used to make 12 granola cups. It is a recipe for frozen yogurt granola cups.

The perfect summer snacks. Top each cup with about 1 5 ounces 45g or of a single serving container of yogurt. Made with just 2 basic ingredients but customizable in so many ways they re fun to make and even funner to eat. 2 cups plain coconut yogurt could also use greek or skyr cup frozen or fresh berries of choice i used blueberries 1 cup granola i used manitoba hemp harvest s chocolate granola but any granola will do.

1 cup vanilla yogurt. 1 2 cup frozen raspberries unthawed or any type of frozen fruit 4 teaspoons orange blossom honey. Freeze for two or more hours. Frozen yogurt granola cups are cold refreshing and good for you.

Divide yogurt mixture evenly among 12 cups approximately 1 tbsp. Fill a muffin tin with cup liners and divide granola mixture across all evenly covering the bottoms. Cup peanut butter or any nut seed butter 1 scoop collagen powder optional.
